We tried TWO of these! The first one arrived damaged, but it was clear from the packaging that it was already damaged when it was packaged to be sent to us. The second one had a bent neck; so badly arced that the music store said that it was "unplayable"! Both of them cruddy. Amazon made good on their guarantee and we are getting a refund and were able to return both at no cost, but what a mess; it was a Christmas gift.
