The shipping was very fast. Unfortunately the guitar we got was broken at the neck of the guitar. the good news, the customer servie at Austin Bazzar were awesome. Once I sent them proof of the damaged guitar, they quickly sent me a UPS tag to return the item and it was replace within days. Very happy with the guitat for the price. Good starter guitar for kids that may not want to take it too serious and not learn. Very inexpensive for starters. The amp sounds pretty good for its size.Get more detail about J.
