This guitar is awsome, you just have to see it in person because this guitar shines. I mean, this guitar was mine before I bought. This guitar has great tone wheater you go for a deeper heavier sound or if you go for high pitch solos. I know the zebra (cream and black) pickups dont go well with the chrome thats already on the guitar and that's why I got some chrome seymour duncans which just makes this V literally SPARKLE. Now if you were to say "But it's not a Gibson!", just look at the reviews this guitar gets compared to Gibson Vs on musiciansfriend.com (they beat out most of the top line Gibsons!). I do however want to say this guitar is very heavy and has a bolt on neck. But, if you don't like those than go for a better Dean V like the Exotics or the USA editions, they both have neck through designs and are made of pure mahogany so you know it's light.
