We bought this as our first guitar, along with a learn to play guitar book. It came with an electronic tuner which we weren't expecting. It is a small guitar but people who know better than I do say it has a nice sound. I think it sounds nice but that's not saying much... It isn't fancy at all. Some of the little pieces are plastic, but it works well, and sounds good. Everyone loves to play it.
