I purchased this guitar from TMZ warehouse (I would not recommend them at all) for my son based on some reviews that said that it was the perfect size and great for kids. The problem is that I spent an hour tuning and re-tuning the guitar but could not get it to hold a tune on one string long enough to get the next one in tune. I tried to tighten the keys, but this did no good. We ended up buying a different guitar from a toy store which was a little bigger but could hold a tune. Our son loves the second guitar we purchsed, and we don't mind his strumming since it can hold a tune. I did email TMZ several times to try to retun this product for a refund or replacment, but did not get any answer until 3 months later when I left them a poor review on this site. All in all the gutair looks cool, and would be a good size for small kids, but the sound that it made would have driven me crazy very fast.
